Jessica Palubicki

Co-Founder & Instructor

Jessica Palubicki is an accomplished dancer, educator and choreographer with a focus on sculpting dancers to achieve their true potential. Growing up in close proximity to Philadelphia, Jessica was presented various opportunities to train and perform in Pennsylvania, New York City and New Jersey. This includes performances for Choreographers Carnival, Phillies Half Time Performance, 76ers Half Time Performance, the Joyce Theater, Six Flags and more! Jessica has worked closely with instructors like Braham Logan Crane, Cat Cogliandro, Kelly Peters, Hayden Frederick and Stacie Webster. Completed training programs include Broadway Dance Centers “Children & Teen Program” and “Professional Training Track,” Pennsylvania Academy of Ballet’s Summer Program and multiple seasonal workshops. Jessica’s company experience began early with the involvement in her hometown studio’s Hip Hop Crew and Contemporary Company. This led to her acceptance in a New York City based Dance Crew - “Generation X” and eventually Broadway Dance Center’s “Arts in Motion.” Jessica’s teaching experience is extensive, for nearly a decade she has worked with ages 3-Adult. She has a passion for transcribing movement, extending to those with Autism, Down Syndrome and Parkinson’s. Jessica Palubicki is now the Co-Owner/Founder of Quantum Dance Company! With this new platform she intends to expand the minds of her students past the typical viewpoint and aspires to share her gift with the world. 

Abbey Durr

Co-Founder & Instructor

Abbey Durr is an accomplished dancer, educator and choreographer from High Point, North Carolina with a strong focus on training dancers to achieve their potential in any and all realms. Abbey began teaching at 17 years old and has taught dancers of all ages ranging in many genres including contemporary, lyrical, acro, jazz, ballet, tap and pointe.

Abbey attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a Concentration in Management and Leadership. While at UNCW, Abbey was a proud member of the college dance team and served as social media manager during her time on the team. Abbey has trained at the Joffrey Ballet School in New York and The Broadway Dance Center as well as studied Dance at the North Carolina Governors School West under the instruction of Sara Tourek. She has trained in many genres under the instruction of Sydney Overcash, James Murphy, Caroline Lewis Jones, Justin Mann,  Susan Hancock and Michael McCrary to name a few. She was named The Distinguished Young Woman of Guilford County in 2018 and received numerous talent and fitness awards at the state level. Abbey was awarded many regional and national solo awards as a competitive dancer. She’s also had the pleasure of working as a Staff member for an accredited dance competition over the past ten years. 

Abbey is now the Co-Owner and Founder of Quantum Dance Company! With this recent platform she intends on creating a motivating environment where all dancers feel they can be successful whether at a performance or a national competition. She cannot wait to share her gift with all her students.
