Code of Conduct & Photo Release

1. Purpose

At Quantum Dance Studio, we strive to create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all students, families, and staff. This agreement outlines our expectations for behavior and media usage to ensure a positive experience for everyone.

2. Code of Conduct

All students and parents/guardians agree to abide by the following:

  • Respect: Treat fellow students, instructors, staff, and guests with kindness and respect at all times.

  • Punctuality and Attendance: Arrive on time for classes, rehearsals, and events. Notify the studio promptly if unable to attend.

  • Dress Code: Follow the studio’s dress code as communicated by instructors. Appropriate dance attire and footwear are required for safety and professionalism.

  • Behavior: Maintain a positive attitude, listen attentively, and follow instructions. Harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

  • Use of Devices: Cell phones and other electronic devices should be silenced and used only during breaks, unless otherwise permitted by staff.

  • Safety: Follow all studio safety rules and guidelines to prevent injury.

  • Competition Etiquette: For students participating in competitions, additional rules may apply and will be communicated separately.

  • Property: Respect studio property and the belongings of others. Any damage may result in liability for repair or replacement.

3. Photo and Media Release

As a registered parent or dancer, you grant Quantum Dance Studio permission to take and use photographs, videos, or other media for use in studio promotional materials, including but not limited to the studio website, social media platforms, and marketing materials.These images may be shared publicly.

  • This consent is voluntary and may be revoked in writing at any time.

  • The studio will not use any images in a defamatory manner.

  • No compensation will be provided for the use of these images.

4. Agreement and Signatures

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Quantum Dance Studio Code of Conduct and Photo Release terms.
