Acrobatics
TAUGHT BY ABBEY
Acro combines strength and flexibility, focusing on developing skills that can be implemented into routines. Dancers will learn to blend choreography with athletic movement through a variety of artistic tricks and movements.
Conditioning
TAUGHT BY SUSIE
Conditioning focuses on creating strong dancers through a series of exercises. Each week dancers will train and work towards strengthening muscles to improve flexibility, endurance, and coordination. By working to build stronger muscles, dancers also develop methods for injury prevention and skills for stretching.

Leaps & Turns
TAUGHT BY ABBEY & JESS
Company Dancers Only
This class focuses on developing the technique behind leaps, jumps, and turns used across multiple dance styles, especially jazz, lyrical, and contemporary. Dancers will work on improving strength, flexibility, balance, and body alignment while learning a variety of skills.
Ballet
TAUGHT BY ABBEY AND JESS
Ballet is a foundational dance style that emphasizes strength, technique, and alignment. Dancers will build discipline, technique, and body control through structured exercises. Ballet training provides dancers with a well-rounded background and a strong understanding of movement and musicality.
Contemporary
TAUGHT BY JESS
Contemporary dance combines techniques from multiple dance styles including jazz, ballet, and modern to create an artistic and fluid dance type. This style focuses on versatility in movement by exploring unique shapes and ideas.
JAZZ
TAUGHT BY ABBEY
Jazz is an energetic and expressive dance style rooted in rhythm, musicality, and dynamic movement. Classes focus on technique, style, and performance quality, blending elements like sharp isolations, fluid transitions, and strong lines.
pOINTE
TAUGHT BY ABBEY
Pointe is an advanced ballet form where dancers blend strength and artistry while balancing “en pointe.” This class builds on a strong foundation of ballet technique, focusing on strength, alignment, and control.
